Case Management Resources
The following are examples of various resources used by some trial
courts in conjunction with case management practices in the courts, including the development and implementation of caseflow management plans in accordance with Michigan Supreme Court Administrative Order
2003-7.
Communications to Courts
4/6/06 - Effective immediately, caseload reporting for Parts 1 and 2 has been changed from quarterly to anually.
11/30/07 - Effective January 1, 2009, case-type code for domestic relations cases are revised.
9/04/08 - Effective September 1, 2008, amendments to MCR 3.204 and MCR 3.212 have impact on case management systems.

A Model
Local Administrative Order for you to use as a base for your caseflow
management plan is available in several formats: Hypertext Markup Language
(HTML), Word, Word Perfect, and Rich Text Format (RTF).
Case Management Reports
These reports are to be used for assessment and ongoing monitoring. They include
both individual case progress reports and performance indicator reports as described
in Chapter 5 of the Caseflow Management Guide.
