Adoption Proceedings Benchbook—Revised Edition ©2009–2012

The Adoption Proceedings Benchbook was fully revised in December 2009. All updates issued since this benchbook's last publication date have been integrated into the content of the benchbook. The Adoption Proceedings Benchbook is current through January 1, 2012. The benchbook is in PDF format and is fully searchable using Adobe Acrobat's search features.

We welcome your suggestions on how we might improve our efforts. We continue to troubleshoot the active hyperlinks included in the text. Please contact us should you encounter any difficulties.
