The Traffic Benchbook-Third Edition is a three-volume set. Volume 1 contains an overview of Michigan traffic law, procedures for traffic civil infraction cases, the elements of common traffic civil infractions, and the elements of common traffic misdemeanors. Volume 2 contains chapters on offenses involving off-road vehicles, snowmobiles, and watercraft. Volume 3 addresses "drunk driving" offenses and procedure, driving with a suspended license, and felony traffic offenses.

All updates issued since each volume's last publication date have been integrated into the content of each volume. Volume 1 is current through May 1, 2012. Volume 2 and Volume 3 are current through January 1, 2012. The volumes are in PDF format and are fully searchable using Adobe Acrobat's search features.

NOTE: These volumes do not represent a wholesale revision of their content. Indexes and other special sections have not yet been updated and are not included.
