Updates to MJI's Benchbooks and Monographs

On a quarterly basis, the MJI Publications Team updates the publications by summarizing new case law, legislation, court rules, and other material relevant to the content of MJI's benchbooks and monographs. The titles that have been updated appear below. The update material has already been integrated into the content of the website versions of each benchbook or monograph.
