Updates to MJI's Benchbooks and MonographsOn a monthly basis, the MJI Publications Team updates its publications by summarizing new legislation, court rules, rules of evidence, and case law that affect MJI benchbooks and monographs. These updates are provided below; they are accessible by date and by benchbook or monograph title. Users must download the updates and insert them in the appropriate section of a benchbook or monograph. Periodically, MJI will republish its benchbooks and monographs to include the updates in the text of each publication.
