Index of SCAO Approved Forms for Use in
Emancipation of a Minor
This set of forms is used to either emancipate a minor or to rescind the
emancipation of a minor. To emancipate a minor means to release a child
under 18 years of age from parental control and supervision. The forms
must be filed in the family division of the circuit court.
