Requesting Accommodations to the Court

The Michigan judiciary is committed to open access to judicial services. If you require special accommodations for your appearance in a Michigan court, please notify the court in advance of your appearance so the court has the opportunity to make reasonable accommodations. Notice should be provided by use of the Request for Accommodations form (See SCAO form MC 70 below), which can be completed and printed from this site and mailed to the court administrator of the trial court in which you are scheduled to appear. Requests for accommodations for the Court of Appeals should be directed to the
Clerk of the Court of Appeals.

Requests for accommodations for the Supreme Court should be directed to the
Clerk of the Supreme Court.
